Rancher Labs is looking for a Marketing Manager to join the EMEA team to work closely with the inside sales and sales team to help drive the email marketing, paid social and PPC programs, organic search, partner marketing, social media posts, and all other marketing programs across the region.

Job responsibilities

  • Create and execute a global lead acquisition program leveraging various marketing channels including emails, website, online trainings, online meetups, tradeshows and events, blogs, and social media
  • Plan and run email marketing programs across EMEA for product launches, tradeshows and other in-person and online events
  • Drive the social media strategy for the company across all relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and others) and monitor and report on the effectiveness of the social media channels
  • Run paid social media campaigns with a focus on driving incremental return on ad spend and new customer acquisition. Report on the ROI of paid social campaigns
  • Manage Google PPC search campaigns from start to finish. Work with other team members to create the keyword list, the ads, landing page copy, do A-B tests, manage budget, and report on the paid search campaign results
  • Create customized lead generation programs in collaboration with our technology partners
  • Work with cross-functional teams including digital, events, creative, product marketing, inside sales, and sales to plan and implement the marketing strategy across the region


  • Hands-on experience in SEO and SEM tools as well as social media marketing platforms
  • Extensive knowledge of leveraging both paid and unpaid social media channels to drive interest and leads for the company’s products
  • Experience with HubSpot, or other marketing automation software, and Salesforce
  • Be a self-starter, with the ability to complete projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in digital marketing for cloud computing, virtualization or related industries is a plus

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing, SEM, SEO, social media, and field marketing
  • Thorough working knowledge of all forms of marketing such as digital marketing, social media, site marketing, email marketing, and others
  • Great collaborator and communicator
