They give hoteliers access to a network of more than 60,000 hard-to-access B2B travel buyers such as tour operators, retail travel agents, airline websites and loyalty programs.
The team at Hotelbeds had an aspiration to transform the infrastructure to reduce management overhead and boost innovation. Containers, and Kubernetes, emerged as the most sensible way to achieve these goals. Having seen significant benefits as they moved applications into Docker and Kubernetes, it became clear that Rancher was the only partner that could provide support for a multi-cluster, multi-cloud and hybrid cloud/on-premise architecture.
